🔁 VapeMango Return & Refund Policy

At VapeMango, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of vape and nicotine-related products, we have specific return and refund guidelines to ensure safety and legal compliance.
⚠️ All Sales Are Final
Due to federal health and safety laws, we cannot accept returns on used or opened vape products, including:

E-liquids or vape juice

Disposables
-
Cartridges or pods
-
Opened hardware or accessories

Any nicotine-related products
Please ensure you are selecting the correct products before checking out.
✅ Eligible Returns
We will accept returns or issue refunds only under the following conditions:

Defective or damaged products on arrival

Incorrect item(s) shipped

Missing items in shipment
To be eligible, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

Provide a clear photo of the product, packaging, and any defects

Return the item in unused and original sealed condition (if required)

📦 Return Shipping

For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return label (for errors or defects on our part).

If the return is due to customer error (wrong item ordered, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

VapeMango reserves the right to deny refunds for used or damaged products
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Products damaged by misuse or user error

Packages returned due to age verification failure or refused delivery

Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will issue a refund or resend the correct item after review.
